1. The integrated development of "wind power+multiple industries" brings us closer to the new blue ocean of offshore wind power

CCTV News: With the acceleration of global energy transformation, wind energy, as one of the important clean energy sources, is accelerating its development. Data shows that by 2024, China's installed capacity of offshore wind power is expected to exceed 45 million kilowatts, ranking first in the world for four consecutive years. In the first three quarters of 2024, offshore wind power added 2.47 million kilowatts of grid connected capacity, and the cumulative grid connected capacity reached 39.1 million kilowatts. As of the third quarter of 2024, China's cumulative installed capacity of offshore wind power has consistently ranked first in the world for three consecutive years, surpassing the total amount of offshore wind power grid connected countries ranked 2-5. It is predicted that by 2030, the total installed capacity of offshore wind power in China will reach 200 million kilowatts, with a total investment of about 2.6 trillion yuan, driving the total output value of the industrial chain to exceed 20 trillion yuan.

China's wind turbine production capacity accounts for 60% of the global market, blade production capacity accounts for 64% of the global market, gearbox production capacity accounts for 80% of the global market, and generator production capacity accounts for 73% of the global market. In 2023, six Chinese wind turbine manufacturers will rank among the top ten globally, with a market share exceeding 50%.

The offshore wind power industry chain has the characteristics of long chain, high correlation, strong driving force, and wide radiation range. The future development of offshore wind power industry requires improving the level of basic manufacturing technology and strengthening domestic substitution. Promote the intelligence level of wind power electronic chips, support the construction of public verification platforms for the wind power industry, and encourage the integrated development model of "wind power+multiple industries".

The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and six other departments recently jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Implementing Renewable Energy Substitution Action", which pointed out that pilot projects such as deep-sea floating offshore wind power should be carried out. Floating wind power, as a technological high ground for the intersection of wind power generation and ocean engineering, has put forward higher requirements for industries such as deep-sea ocean engineering and high-end equipment manufacturing. In recent years, China has introduced a series of policies to support the development of offshore wind power and promote cooperation among industry chain enterprises.

In November, both the production and sales of automobiles increased year-on-year, but commercial vehicles remained weak
